Britney Spears, 40, Posts on Instagram a Video of Her Epic Butt Dancing

Britney’s fans were awed by her dance skills. “Girl, you look AMAZING πŸ˜πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘,” one commented. “Yassss queeen!!!! 😍😍,” said another. “Hold me closer tiny dancer πŸ’ƒ,” a third follower wrote.

While the 40-year-old singer is a big fan of dance, she previously explained to her followers that her sculpted abs come from her running workouts. “My abs only come out I guess when I run which I hate doing but somebody’s gotta do it,” she wrote on Instagram.

Britney Spears is not a fan of indulging in a lazy Sunday morning. In a recent Instagram video, Britney dances her heart out, spinning, shaking, and dropping it low in a fun and fierce routine. Her bright pink, cut-out, thong bodysuit only adds to the energy of the post, putting her perky booty, mega-toned abs, and strong legs on full display.

Britney also focuses on her upper body to improve her arm strength. She posted a video to Instagram that showed her doing a weighted arm circuit with dumbbells. Here, Britney works her triceps and core muscles and isn’t afraid to break a sweat.

Britney bounced to the beat of “Feel It Still” by Portugal. The Man, (because honestly, you can’t not dance when that song comes on). “The video I posted before was not the actual live music I was dancing to so if you think it was cooky, that’s why πŸ€ͺ !!! This is the original one πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‰ !!!” she captioned the post. Love those moves, Brit!

This isn’t the first time Britney has shown off her dance-cardio workouts. She has been an avid fan of shaking it in the gym to get her heart rate up. Dance can have both physical and mental health benefits, such as providing full-body sculpting and an endorphin boost to improve your mood. No wonder Brit always looks so joyful while showing off her newest dance routine!

Britney and her husband, Sam Asghari, hit the gym together often, strengthening and conditioning as a team. Sam is a personal trainer, so the couple knows how to incorporate each other into their workout routines. Talk about a bodyweight workout!
